This site is a Nigerian run news site.  No offence to the company, but compare it to BBC, CNN, or Yahoo (which I cover later).   Ask yourself if this seems like a reputable news site.  Search the author of the post Samson Oti on LinkedIn.  Search for the company on LinkedIn (Vintage Press Limited - confirmed on their site contact page).  Very limited (no) social exposure should ring alarm bells.

This article also makes reference to a school management system - not cybersecurity, so question it's relevance.  Most notable is this part:



Note the "Advertisment" in really small letters.  Try click on the text, copy and paste.  This portion is a paid add, and not part of the article.  This is not standard industry practice.

Just have to look at the very top of the article:  It clearly states that this is a paid article/advertisement.  It is not an article created by Yahoo Finance.  It is a paid press release that can say literally anything the person paying wants.
